Henry Criss is an executive healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning clinical operations, public policy, and organizational leadership. As CEO of Fraum Health on Hilton Head Island, he leads one of the region’s premier providers of restorative medicine and proactive wellness care, advancing an integrative, patient-centered model that addresses the root causes of health conditions.

A Marine Corps veteran and former public manager, Henry is known for building high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and leading organizations through growth and transformation. His leadership approach is grounded in servant leadership, empowering team members to perform at their highest level while aligning their work with meaningful patient outcomes.

Henry’s experience includes healthcare management, organizational change, public policy, and financial oversight, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives that enhance both patient care and operational performance. He is also a published author, contributing to Founders in Focus: Stories from 14 Entrepreneurs Who Built It Their Way, and remains actively engaged in community leadership and service.

He holds a B.S. in Religion and a Master of Public Administration from Liberty University, as well as an MBA from The Citadel Graduate College. Henry is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACHE), and is an alumnus of Leadership South Carolina, the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber Leadership Program, and the South Carolina Local Government Leadership Institute.
